A conflict between digital & analog, ancient & futuristic, machine & organic. This one in the form of contemporary sunglasses.
Digital fashion collection inspired by Serbian and South Slavic folklore, shaped by the cultural waves that passed through this region up to the present day. The goal of the collection is to explore how traditional clothing transforms when pushed into a more avant-garde, speculative space. The project is framed around the idea of sukob (conflict) between what is inherited and what is newly created, and how tradition continuously evolves through different phases of time.
The art direction is inspired by nature, rituals, domestic objects, and fragments of everyday life of ordinary people, reinterpreted through contemporary lenses and storytelling. Each piece serves as a visual dialogue between past and future, asking how folklore can be preserved, challenged, and reshaped within digital fashion.
